r the past several days, John Kasich has been all over Cleveland. That is, everywhere except the Republican National Convention. The Ohio governor’s absence suggests that he, unlike the reluctant Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, has yet to fall in line behind the G.O.P. nominee, Donald Trump. The failed presidential candidate’s refusal to endorse the New York billionaire for president has left the Trump campaign scorned, and even prompted Paul Manafort to slam Kasich on Monday to reporters, calling him “petulant” and accusing him of “embarrassing his party in Ohio.” But despite the growing feud between the two parties, it was reportedly not that long ago that Trump
